We maintain the data you send us for the duration of the contract and then maintain for a further period of 2 years in the event you wish to review or undertake an update or request support to re-review any of the areas we supported your business on. This our maintained in a very security electronic file within our business internal hard drives.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by AKG Logistics Consultancy Limited (where such Data is held) on payment of a small fee, which will not exceed £10.00. In addition, you have the right to request the data is deleted, destroyed or request who has access to the data at any given time.
